About

I didn't come to coaching through a career pivot or a burnout moment. I came to it because I watched it work.

For the past several years, I've worked closely with a founder at a venture capital firm - sitting in on hard conversations, navigating high-stakes decisions, watching what separates leaders who grow from leaders who grind. Part of what I observed was the role of his executive coach: a steady, trusted presence at the intersection of the personal and the professional. Someone who asked better questions than anyone else in the room.

That intersection is where I've always lived. I've spent my career in service to other people's visions - in hospitality, tech, venture capital — and what I've loved most is the people part. Understanding what someone is actually capable of, and helping them get there.

Executive Coaching wrapped all of it up.

The Way I Work

Clients tell me I bring clarity, openness, and a willingness to challenge them - sometimes in the same breath. I don't believe in comfortable coaching. I believe in honest coaching, delivered with care. The goal is never to tell you what you want to hear. It's to help you see what you haven't been able to see on your own.

I'm a certified PCC Coach, trained through New Ventures West's Integral Coaching method - one of the most rigorous coach training programs in the field. I work with founders and rising executives at growing companies, and I bring a perspective shaped by years of proximity to both.
